Bress is an established wine business operating from the Harcourt Valley in Central Victoria. The Bress farm achieved Sustainable Producer certification before it relocated to another property in the same area in mid 2020. Work is underway to achieve the same accreditation for the new property and to continue the process of growing healthy vines to produce healthy wines!
Our Produce
Bress is a sustainable wine producer offering a range of artisan wines gently crafted using minimal intervention techniques. Located in the picturesque Harcourt Valley, Bress sources fruit for the wine from a variety of select vineyards, where the different varieties grow best.
