Peter and Beatrice are passionate about nurturing and healing our bodies, our pantries and the planet through the food we grow and eat. This is what drove us to focus on growing Oyster Mushrooms which we do all year round. We also have a small selection of pesticide free seasonal vegetables, citrus, honey and eggs in Wattle Bank, South Gippsland. We apply regenerative and ethical practices through our little farm and love to share this ethos in our community.
